see you next week.
billing paused until Christmas as part of a global no-spend strike to end the massacre of Palestinians
Joining folks all over the world today for a global strike in protest of the massacre of 17,000+ Palestinians and the displacement of 2.3 million more.
According to Reuters, aid agencies warn the humanitarian disaster in Gaza is worsening by the hour with most of its population homeless and “trapped in a tiny, embattled coastal enclave, with little food, water, medical care, fuel or secure shelter.”
The global strike, which calls for a disturbance of business-as-usual to bring attention to demands for an end to Israeli bombardment, urges people to skip school and work, stay home and refrain from going out to restaurants, banks and stores. This also means avoiding any online transactions or shopping online. For that reason, I’ll be skipping the weekly Monday Matter — and all paid Foreign Bodies subscriptions are on pause until Christmas Day.
